Responsibilities Collaborate with IEA Leadership team to identify training needs and provide learning and development solutions Support new and existing staff in their roles as EC’sOrganise and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtuallyManage the learning management system (LMS), including user supportResearch and implement best practice in learning and development to enhance employee engagement and retentionQualifications and Experience Proven experience in Employment Services, including detailed contractual understanding Excellent communication and presentation skillsConfident using programs such as Microsoft Suite etcAbility to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholdersPositive energy and ability to build rapport quicklyAbility to demonstrate initiative whilst working autonomouslyFlexible to travel across locations during the week
