About the Business Our Community and Aboriginal Partnerships Division helps to build community safety and wellbeing by providing support and services to children, young people and families, including those involved with the youth justice system, remote Aboriginal communities, and people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The division also leads the department's Closing the Gap work. Role Details The Project Officer, Systems and Data, is a role within Youth Justice and Inclusion Support and is accountable to the Principal Project Officer, Systems and Data, for: • contributing to major projects, including policy initiatives, service development and strategic systems projects • supporting departmental information management practices, including collaboration with partner agencies, user support and system support • supporting the analysis, issue management and training of staff related to Youth Justice systems, across various client recording and information systems including C3MS, DORIS and JIS. It is desirable that the successful candidate has experience in the use and operations of the Connected Client Case Management System (C3MS) and other Youth Justice applications. Experience in the development and delivery of face-to-face and online training programs is also desirable. Special Conditions National Police Check required. Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C). Duration: Term up to twelve (12) months.
