One of our State Government clients is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team for an immediate 3‑month assignment, with the possibility of extension. In this hands‑on, service‑focused position, you will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the department. Working closely with hiring managers and HR advisors, you will assist with coordinating recruitment activities to ensure timely, compliant and high‑quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including job postings, candidate communication and interview scheduling Support panel processes, documentation and compliance requirements Prepare recruitment packs, letters and contract documentation Maintain accurate records and data entry within HR and recruitment systems Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and applicants Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required You will bring previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR administration, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to process accuracy. Your ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced government environment, paired with a solid working knowledge of recruitment systems and MS Office, will ensure your success in this role.
