The RoleAs Workforce Development Consultant, you will drive enterprise-wide learning and capability initiatives aligned to business strategy.Key responsibilities include:Leading the phased implementation and optimisation of a new LMS.Embedding the Capability Framework and translating competencies into structured learning pathways.Designing and delivering leadership development programs.Facilitating engaging training sessions (virtual and face-to-face).Designing eLearning and blended learning solutions as well as writing content.Conducting learning needs analyses and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions.Partnering with stakeholders to align learning initiatives to workforce strategy.This role requires travel across South Australia sites, including occasional remote locations. About YouYou are an experienced L&D or Organisational Development professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments.You bring:Proven experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.Hands-on LMS implementation experience (phased rollout highly regarded).Experience writing and designing capability frameworks and role-based learning pathways.Strong instructional design skills (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, Adobe or similar).Experience writing, designing and delivering leadership development programs.Confident facilitation and strong stakeholder engagement capability.Excellent organisation and project management skills.Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, OD, L&D, Psychology or related discipline.
