We are looking for an Administration Support team member to join us, supporting our busy team of Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy clinic, ensuring our practitioners are well-equipped to deliver high level care and help to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. The position is mostly based at our Malvern clinic (including open or close shifts during the week) in addition to some occasional work at our Glenelg and Magill clinics. The total hours will range between 18 - 34 hours per week. We operate between Monday - Friday between 7.45am - 6.45pm and Saturdays 7.45am - 1.15pm. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality front desk customer service Managing complex multi-disciplinary billings, payments, and third-party payers (NDIS, Return to Work, etc.) Handling client information and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Using practice management systems and task management systems efficiently Working closely with practitioners and other team members to support excellent client care Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment Collaborating with senior staff and managers across all sites About You To be successful in this role, you will need to: Provide outstanding customer service and communication Have exceptional organisational, multitasking, detail-oriented and communication skills Work efficiently under pressure, both independently and within a team Be confident in using technology and administrative systems Demonstrate our core values in all aspects of your work Have availability for the variety of shift times on offer To apply, please email your CV (including two references) and a one-page cover letter (both in PDF format) outlining your suitability for the role to Sam Campagnale, Team Leader: moveforbetterhealth.com.au Applications close: Sunday 8th March 2026
