Office Administrator & Sales Support Exiis Group – Adelaide (Office Based) $70,000 – $80,000 Super | Full Time Preferred (0.8 FTE Considered) Exiis Group is a specialist industrial services company based in Adelaide, servicing commercial and government clients across South Australia, Northern Territory and Nationally. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Sales Support for our operations team and to maintain strong internal systems and client records along with development of the sales pipeline. This role is central to keeping the office structured, responsive and professional. The Role Administration & Office Support General reception and front-of-house duties Assisting with planning and scheduling of works Coordinating staff inductions and training documentation Maintaining accurate client and job records Database management and system updates General administrative support to management and operations Sales & Operations Support Preparing and issuing quotes (under direction) Database cleansing and maintaining lead records Appointment setting and follow-up calls for the operations and sales team Occasional outbound calls to introduce our services or confirm meetings Maintaining accurate sales and opportunity tracking This is a support role — not a high-pressure sales position — but confidence and professionalism on the phone are essential. About You You: Are highly organized and structured Have strong attention to detail Are confident and polite on the phone Communicate clearly and professionally (verbal and written) Enjoy keeping systems clean and information accurate Take ownership and follow tasks through Experience with Simpro or similar job management systems is beneficial but not essential.
