The Business Coordinator provides high-level, proactive executive and administrative support to the Strategy and Governance Directorate and coordination support to staff across the ESB. The role ensures the smooth operation of the Directorate by managing meetings, correspondence and governance processes. The position also delivers project and administrative support to assist with the implementation of strategic and corporate initiatives. Working closely with the Director and senior leaders, the Business Coordinator actively contributes to a positive, collaborative organisational culture while supporting clear communication, effective organisational systems, continuous improvement across the ESB. About You With your blend of expertise you will provide administrative support and develop processes to manage a range of office functions including human resources, communications, meetings and event coordination, information management, freedom of information, travel, risk management and facilities services. At times back up support will be required for other functions including finance and procurement.
