We are seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Officer to join our Dudley Park team. This position is a Full-Time role (38 hours per week). The opportunity: Provide support to ensure consistency of all quality and compliance and Training and Assessment processes as outlined in the updated Standards for RTOs. Provide support with monitoring and maintaining currency and compliance with the requirements of VET and other regulatory bodies. Your responsibilities for these opportunity's will include: · Provide support with reviewing and advising on the development of training and assessment resources and strategies · When applicable, analyse learner feedback to identify any issues and opportunities for improvement · Monitor, review and advise on any changes to ASQA, updates to Training Packages and Unit of Competencies · Provide support to collate documents to assist with Regulatory audits in line with the Standards for RTOs · Provide support to collate documents to assist in the preparation of RTO re-registration audit documentation Internal Audits: · Support and assist in conducting internal audit activities to ensure compliant internal processes Compliance and Continuous Improvement: · Support the RTO Compliance Coordinator and RTO Compliance Manager with planning systematic Validation Activities · Review and maintain Policies and procedures relating to Pre-Course Assessment Validation (PCV) and Post Course Assessment Validation (PAV) processes · Monitor training.gov.au for updates to Training Packages and Units of Competence of ATCs scope of registration · Maintain Polices, procedures and forms as required · Maintain and update all official registers · Review and approval of Course Folders and parchment / card issuance is in line with ATC processes and regulatory body requirements · Collaborate with RTO Compliance Manager to train and educate CET and CAM Teams relating to compliance of course documents · Recording and addressing issues identified with course folders and documents with the relevant Business Unit Manager · Maintain Staff PD requirements What You’ll Need: · Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment · A minimum of 2 years previous experience in RTO compliance in a VET environment · Regulatory Audit experience · Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Extensive organisational and time management skills and a capacity to meet identified schedules and timelines · Demonstrated and current proficiency in Microsoft applications – specifically Outlook, Word and Excel · Willingness to obtain a National Police Check · Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check · Willingness to maintain professional development Why Join ATC? · Flexible work arrangements to facilitate work-life balance · A collaborative and supportive organisational culture · Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing confidential wellbeing support · A highly respected RTO with bona fide industry connections · An inclusive, diverse workplace – we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people Interested in finding out more?
