What will you do? The Client Growth Manager is a senior, revenue-owning role accountable for the growth, retention, and commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of subscription-based clients. The Client Growth Manager operates with commercial autonomy, leading performance conversations, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving net revenue retention across their book. As the portfolio owner, this role is accountable for commercial outcomes and client value, owning renewals, expansion strategy, and escalation, while partnering with onboarding, CX, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved. Who are you & what will you bring? Proven experience owning and growing a commercial client portfolio. Demonstrated success in upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and retention. Strong commercial acumen with confidence in negotiation and value-based selling. Ability to lead difficult performance and commercial conversations.
