About the role: As the Product Manager for NBN & MVNO, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end strategy, development, pricing, and lifecycle management for Pivotel’s consumer and wholesale NBN and MVNO product lines. Key Responsibilities: Own the full product strategy and roadmap for consumer NBN & MVNO products Lead lifecycle management from concept through launch to optimisation Monitor competitors, market movements and performance trends Own pricing, inclusions, promotions and contribution margin outcomes Drive cross‑functional delivery across billing, customer support, systems, marketing, operations and regulatory Oversee device strategy, sourcing, compliance and lifecycle Advocate for customer experience, fairness and transparency Manage risks, compliance and regulatory obligations What you'll bring to the role: Strong product management experience (telecommunications ideal) Strong commercial and financial acumen, especially pricing/margin management Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on clarity and fairness Ability to interpret market, competitor and financial data Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Pivotel?
