The Role The Department of Communities has service delivery child protection offices located throughout Western Australia. The offices are open to members of the public who are seeking support or information relating to child protection and family support matters. District Administration Officers support the delivery of these services by working closely with the Business Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively. They do this by: Developing and maintaining quality administrative services. Providing and ensuring quality assurance through financial analysis. Facilitating the induction of staff. Undertaking projects and providing an executive support to the District Director. Facilitating the development and maintenance of quality information management and technology systems.
