We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) who is not just an administrator, but a strategic partner to our leadership team. The ideal candidate understands that in biotech, things move fast. You will be the highly responsive nerve centre of our executive office, ensuring that our leadership team can stay focused on the high-level strategy required to bring life-changing therapies to market. Main responsibilities § Executive Strategic Support: Act as a high-level gatekeeper and partner to the Executive, Senior Leadership Team and the Board, managing complex, ever-shifting calendars and prioritizing high-value engagements. § Global Coordination: Manage logistics and communications across multiple time zones, supporting international travel, board meetings, and global investor relations. § Board & Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in the preparation and distribution of Board materials and coordinate logistics for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and investor briefings. § Culture & Environment: Oversee office operations and internal events to foster a collaborative, transparent, and mission-driven workplace culture. Qualifications and Experience Requirements § 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, ideally within a listed company or a high-growth Life Sciences environment. § Adaptability : Proven ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment where clinical or regulatory milestones can change priorities overnight. § Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and project management software. § Exceptional Communication : The ability to simplify complex logistics and communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders, from lab scientists to board directors. § Discreet & Trusted: You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. § Event Management: Proven ability to organize corporate events § Share our passion: Highly proactive, with initiative and drive, and a genuine interest in biotechnology and the drug development lifecycle About PYC PYC Therapeutics (ASX: PYC) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company creating a new generation of RNA therapies to change the lives of patients with genetic diseases.
