Our success has been built on quality products and superlative customer service. We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Assistant to work in our Perth facility in Wacol. The role is varied covering sales, admin and some warehousing. Candidates must have 1-2 years of sales administration experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain and grow existing customer base Continually review customer requirements and set objectives and targets to increase sales Visit and/or call customers on a regular basis to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest products and specials Develop new business opportunities Assist with sales office duties, processing of customer orders, credits and claims Assist the branch manager with the administrative management of the branch Liaise with warehouse staff in relation to deliveries Assist the warehouse manager in the daily running of the warehouse Delivery of customer orders from time to time Valid Australian driver's licence required for customer deliveries Providing support to external Sales staff General office administration i.e. supplies, stationary, etc. Work in conjunction with WHS and HR departments To succeed will be required to exhibit the following attributes and skills: Highly organised Positive work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to comprehend basic technicalities relating to wheels and tyres True customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Reliability and attention to detail Previous experience from within the tyre and wheel industry would be a distinct advantage and SAP experience is highly desirable. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a requirement of the role. Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency is required. Remuneration is dependent on experience.
