We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to support a busy clinical trial centre based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. This role is to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 12 months and will involve working alongside another full-time receptionist. Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and checking them into the clinic Notifying the clinical team when patients arrive Assisting with booking and managing patient appointments Raising purchase orders to support invoicing Providing general reception and administrative support About You Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role Strong customer service and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with invoicing Good computer skills and confidence using administrative systems Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a busy clinical environment Must hold a current Police Clearance Please apply by sending your resume in Word format.
