Catalpa Group is seeking two Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Perth team supporting multiple project sites across our operations. This is a key role responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of personnel to site and ensuring all travel, onboarding and compliance requirements are in place. This position operates in a fast-paced environment where strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. About the Role Working closely with project teams, HR and external providers, you will coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel across our projects, ensuring employees are ready and compliant to commence work on site. Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel to project sites Arrange mobilisation and rotational flights and accommodation Ensure employees have completed onboarding and hold the required qualifications, tickets and licences prior to mobilisation Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation and car hire for employees travelling to site Liaise with project teams, recruitment and employees to ensure mobilisation timelines are met Maintain accurate mobilisation documentation and ensure compliance with company and project requirements Support mobilisation planning for new projects and site start-ups Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external travel providers To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a mobilisation, travel coordination or workforce logistics role, ideally within mining, construction or a similar industry The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple bookings and priorities Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Why Join Catalpa Opportunity to work with a growing contractor supporting major resource projects A collaborative team environment in our Perth office A role where you will play a key part in supporting operational project delivery
