The role Our Information Management Services Branch supports all departmental employees to comply with their legal obligations for information and records management. Specifically, the Coordinator Records Governance developments and implements Information Management practices and provides consultancy and advice to Business Units. A typical day could involve reviewing and auditing recordkeeping systems and processes, developing and reviewing operational procedure documentation, developing a staff development training plan, supporting leadership, reporting on branch performance and promoting improvements for business and process efficiency.
