What we’ll be asking you to do in this role You’ll be joining a small, close knit team that manages High Wide Load permit applications for customers across regional WA. This is an administration and customer support role where accuracy, service and process all come together. You’ll handle permit applications from start to finish — assessing load routes, checking heights and widths, reviewing charges, processing payments, speaking with customers, and issuing permits within the agreed turnaround times. An eagle eyed approach to detail. Great organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests calmly. Ability to communicate clearly – both in writing and when speaking with people. Initiative to use tools such as Google Maps when checking routes. Experience in admin, customer service, permits or similar roles.
