FOR-DE Group is an established leader in Manufacturing / Wholesale distribution in the Mobility industry and is seeking to add a full time Trainee Sales Representative to its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to change from their current industry and learn the mobility industry from within and project their desire to be part of a very successful team, depending on the skill set of the trainee, this position would be for a minimum of 12-18 months before they would move to the next level within the business. This role will require any successful applicants to be hands on and learn all the aspects of the role within the company before they could progress to the next levels within the business . As part of the role the successful applicant must be aware that travel is a required aspect of the position available and this could be as often as every 6-8 weeks for a normal during of one week at a time. Please do not apply for this role if you cannot travel as noted above. Head Office is located in Malaga and it will be the base of your position. Supported brands - Shoprider Mobility / REDGUM Brand / Scooters Xtras Responsibilities - Learn the business from within. - Learning of specific product knowledge with the ultimate goal of passing this knowledge on to the dealer network. - Provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal & external customers - Learn to manage and engage with the dealer network to promote the supported brands. - Learn to manage and drive key relationships with established and potential trading partners. - Operate within all procedural guidelines Experience, Skills & Attributes - Sales experience in a relatable industry where face to face sale skills are demonstrable, additional training for the right candidate would be provided. Brand awareness training will be provided to successful candidate. - The ability to communicate effectively via all mediums. - Demonstrable skills that relate to, Attention to detail, Effective communication, Listening skills - Customer focused attitude. - Ability to work unsupervised - Motivation to build your career as well your impact on the business - Relentless & Tenacious attitude to being successful - Manual Valid driving license - Work within a team environment. - Can do attitude to all aspects of the role - Carry out routine stocktake requirements as scheduled within the business. - Ability to travel as required anywhere within the Australia when required. - Very strong personal presentation - Must be able pass the NDIS Worker Screening Requirements Head office is located in Malaga which is located close to Tonkin / Reid Highways This is the perfect role for a motivated person who wants start their journey in this exciting industry and wants to join a leader in the Mobility Industry.
