An exciting opportunity has opened up within our Brightwater Head Office team as an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Clinical Excellence Officer! Role: In your new role, you deliver high-level organizational support to the Chief Clinical Excellence Officer, and their respective teams. This role will see you providing comprehensive executive assistance, coordinating day-to-day operations and contributing to project administration activities as required. Key Responsibilities: Providing high level executive, administrative and clerical support across the board as required. i.e mail management, minutes, filing and reviewing correspondence. Providing project administration support including coordinating project documentation, supporting reporting cycles and maintaining project registers. Electronic diary management across senior leaders within the Clinica Excellence team as required. Acting as a first point of contact for the Chief Clinical Excellence Officer for external contacts. Proactively organizing logistics for meetings and events. Coordinating intrastate and interstate travel arrangements and accommodation. Reconciling invoices and corporate credit card statements and generating purchase orders for the Chief Clinical Excellence Officer. To be successful in this role you will have: Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant (or similar) at Executive Level. Excellent Administrative skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications. High degree of professionalism, initiative and motivation. Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT) Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
