To support our continual growth, we are searching for an experienced Mobilisation and Compliance Administrator to join our Site Services team. This full-time position will be 8 days on, 6 days off (8:6) roster. MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products. About the opportunity Reporting to the Mobilisation & Compliance Team Lead, the successful candidate will be required to assist with all administrative duties for the mobilisation and compliance team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls. Invoicing. Raising PO's. Booking flights and training. Bulk compliance checking. Updating databases and spreadsheets. Onboarding new candidates. Checking message media everyday and relaying information. Employees follow up. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload. It is also an essential for the candidate to possess the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Excellent attention to detail. Professional phone manner.
