About the Role Working closely with Senior Client Managers and the Trustee Services leadership team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering Indigenous trust projects and supporting governance activities across our native title clients. The position combines stakeholder engagement, project coordination and trustee service delivery, ensuring initiatives are progressed, distributions are managed appropriately and beneficiaries receive responsive and respectful support. Key responsibilities include Leading the planning and coordination of trust-funded projects and Eligible Projects Managing project budgets, milestones, acquittals and reporting Coordinating community meetings, workshops and governance activities Supporting beneficiaries and stakeholders through high-quality client service Assessing and managing complex distribution applications Supporting Personal Plans and access to trust-funded initiatives Contributing to trust reporting, compliance and documentation requirements This role is based in Perth and includes travel to remote communities throughout the year. About You You have: Demonstrated ability to deliver or coordinate projects or initiatives from planning through completion Strong organisational and problem-solving capability High-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint essential) Confident communicator able to engage with diverse stakeholders Experience in trustee services, governance, community engagement, or similar environments is advantageous Certificate III/IV in Business or similar (desirable) Trustee services or related training (desirable) Personal Attributes Professional, trustworthy and self-motivated Strong time management and attention to detail Relationship-oriented with the ability to build trust across communities and teams Collaborative and positive contributor to team outcomes Respectful and culturally aware in stakeholder interactions Culture & Benefits Joining Mutual Trust offers you the opportunity to enjoy: Supportive flexible work arrangements.
