Reporting to the Team Leader Environment & Regulatory Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various administrative tasks and the provision of administration services within the People and Places Division. More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to): Provide administration support to Management and Officers of the Environment and Regulatory Services Team. This includes the following, but is not limited to: Typing of reports and report preparation. Preparing correspondence for approval including registration of outgoing mail. Processing financial orders. Process the administration and generation of correspondence for Environment & Regulatory Services functions Assist in the organisation of functions and meetings as directed by Management Processing Customer Enquiries About you The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Minimum two years’ experience in administration/office environment Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentially Demonstrated commitment to the principles of honesty and integrity Demonstrated commitment to work Health and Safety In addition, an ideal candidate would have qualifications in business administration or related area, experience in minute taking and competent in use of CI Anywhere, Technology One and Finance One.
