We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager / Office Administrator to support our Business Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across administration, compliance systems, WHS support, executive assistance and some social media management. Key responsibilities include:Office administration and workflow coordinationEA support to Managing DirectorCRM and documentation managementWHS and ISO system support (training provided if needed)Data entry for project invoicing and documentationClient enquiry handling and internal coordinationMeeting support and action trackingSocial media scheduling and basic engagement About you:Tafe qualifications in Business Administration or higherMinimum 5 years’ admin or office management experienceStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsConstruction or compliance experience preferredReliable, detail-oriented and solutions focused Join a values-led business building healthier homes and stronger communities.
