Reporting to the Restaurant Owners, you’ll be their go-to support—working closely together and stepping up when they’re away to keep things running smoothly for the team and our guests. As Floor Supervisor, you’ll help run the show day-to-day—setting the tone on shift, supporting our Kitchen team, ensuring every guest walks away wowed. You’ll bring energy, attention to detail, proactive planning, a love of people and wine! Job is a permanent Full time Position 5 days a week incl weekends and public holidays. Key responsibilities include Welcoming guests and leading engaging tastings that are personal, fun, memorable and story-filled Supporting the team and leading from the front—encouraging, supporting, leading, and keeping energy high Making sure the space looks sharp and runs smoothly (checklists, spot checks, deep clean schedules, cash-ups) Host Wine Tastings Experiences, and development of new experiences Maintain our back office systems; Nowbookit, Rezdy, Square Stock taking and Inbound wine ordering You can step up and help us in organizing events with live music, comedy club or special food festivals. About You You’ve worked in a premium hospitality setting before and know how to lead an engaged team on the floor.
