Kitchen Hand – Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant Overview of the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Kitchen Hand to support the kitchen team at Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant. This role is rostered across a 7-day operation and is essential to maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas Assisting chefs with basic food preparation as required Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas Supporting kitchen operations during service periods Ensuring food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are followed at all times Skills & Experience Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Availability Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays Willingness to work a variety of shifts within a 7-day roster What We Offer Supportive and professional kitchen team Flexible casual employment Opportunity to work in a premium dining environment On-the-job training and development
