The Role Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: Preparing individual, company, partnership and trust tax returns BAS, IAS, FBT and Div 7A preparation Preparing year-end financial statements, working papers and journals Assisting with reporting, budgets and cashflow analysis Liaising with clients and the ATO Supporting advisory engagements and process improvements You’ll work across a range of industries, ensuring your work remains varied, technically engaging and commercially relevant. Who This Role Suits You will likely thrive here if you: Enjoy working in a team environment Are organised and take ownership of your work Have strong attention to detail Are keen to build long-term relationships with clients Want to develop your career in public practice accounting What We’re Looking For Graduate Accountant Recently completed or near completion of an Accounting or Commerce degree Some internship or accounting experience advantageous Junior Accountant 1–2 years Australian public practice experience Exposure to tax compliance and financial statements Intermediate Accountant 3 years Australian public practice experience Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance Ability to manage work with increasing independence All candidates should also have: Experience using Xero (MYOB or QuickBooks advantageous) Strong communication skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Working Rights Requirement Candidates must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
