About the Role This role will be responsible for maintaining the financial and administrative operations of various subsidiary businesses and providing support and insights to key stakeholders. Primary objectives for this role are to maintain the day-to-day operations ensuring accurate bookkeeping and meeting end-of-month timelines. Key Responsibilities conducting a range of accounting tasks such as journals and bookkeeping conduct day to day transactional entries such as invoicing, bank reconciliations, making payments and cashflow checks maintain contact and support to staff in remote offices identify and report on key financial matters, proposing recommendations and solutions respond to queries from key stakeholders regarding financial results payroll and employee document administration prepare and lodge BAS, payroll tax and company tax returns within a timely manner assist budgeting, planning and forecasting conduct trade deal analysis to assess financial impact, margins and profitability About You experience with finance and accounting systems Sound understanding of global currencies high attention to detail ability to manage a busy workload, multi-task and prioritise Ability to follow directions and work autonomously We are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce; recognising the innovation and competitive advantage it creates.
