The HSE Site Administration Support role provides essential administrative and technical assistance to the project HSE team within the Port Program, based in Port Headland on a 14:7 FIFO roster. The position supports day to day HSE operations through effective document control, record management, site coordination, and the promotion of Fluor HSE programs and initiatives. Working within established policies, procedures, and project systems, the role ensures organised, accurate and timely support to enable consistent and compliant HSE delivery across the site. Key Responsibilities Prepare HSE-related reports, presentations, registers, and project documentation as required. Maintain HSE filing systems, databases, onboarding documentation, training records, and compliance tracking. Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minutes/action tracking, and document formatting. Manage and audit onsite physical HSE requirements including PPE stock control, ordering, issuing, and maintaining associated records. Coordinate and promote HSE materials, posters, campaigns, and support the rollout of HSE programs on site. Act as an ambassador for Fluor HSE values and initiatives, supporting workforce engagement and positive safety culture. Support project closeout and file retention activities in line with Fluor standards. Ensure compliance with Fluor Health, Safety & Environmental policies and contribute to a safe working environment. Carry out assigned tasks with attention to detail and within required timeframes. Interact professionally with internal teams, contractors, client representatives, and visitors. Qualifications & Skills Typically requires relevant education and approximately four years of administrative or project support experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with standard administrative software; familiarity with Fluor systems is advantageous. Working Conditions Based in on site project office facilities in Port Headland, with periodic exposure to operational work areas.
