We are looking for a skilled Windscreen Fitting Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Accurately assess, repair, and replace vehicle windscreens and other automotive glass. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the fitting process. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols. Assist in the office when needed, including answering customer calls and scheduling appointments. Keep up to date with the latest fitting techniques and industry best practices. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications & experience At least 2 years experience in windscreen fitting. Experience in mobile windscreen fitting or shop-based fitting is acceptable. Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and competently. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. A knowledge of trucks, buses, caravans, and boats would be highly regarded. Great customer service skills A knowledge of the motor vehicle industry Knowledge and technical understanding of windscreens and vehicle models Current manual drivers license Car (C class) manual driver's licence is required.
