What you’ll be doing As a Occupational Hygienist Vacation Student at Alcoa, you will be: Based on site at our Pinjarra Alumina Refinery. Assigned a project that both delivers real value to the business and provides you with hands‑on industry experience. Involved in conducting ongoing surveillance programs including workplace exposure monitoring. Exposed to hazardous materials risk assessment and management. Assisting in the identification and verification of exposure controls for chemical, physical and biological hazards. You will be given an appropriate level of responsibility to handle assigned project(s), utilizing your innovative thinking , eagerness to learn, and passion for growth to make meaningful contributions to the business.
