Anytime Exploration Services is a small and trusted provider of labour hire and support services to the Mineral Exploration and Mining Industry in Western Australia. We are a growing company that are seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Admin who can play a pivotal role in the day to day bookkeeping of our accounts and provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Competent bookkeeping to include the following in Xero: Entering invoices Coding of invoices, checking and verifying Reconciling statements Filing and maintaining records Recording and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, bank reconciliations Reconciling daily bank statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner as well as credit card reconciliations Reconciling expenses and maintain expense records Managing timesheets and payroll Basic administration work What We're Looking For: Basic computer literacy (Excel/Outlook/Word) Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software essential Previous Administration and bookkeeping experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills What We Offer This role offers approx. 25 plus hours per week (flexible working days / hours and possibilty of WFH).
