The role As a Financial Services Officer, you will form part of a dynamic team responsible for leading and overseeing the WorkSafe Group’s financial framework, ensuring effective budgeting, cost-of-service calculations, and financial governance. Drawing on your strong background in financial management and strategic planning, you will play a vital role in supporting informed decision-making and ensuring compliance with Treasury and legislative requirements. Your analytical skills and experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting within a complex operational environment will be key to your success in this role. You will bring to the team your expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and risk management, along with your ability to provide high-quality financial advice, lead a small team, and deliver efficient financial processes that support WorkSafe’s objectives.
