About the role As the Finance Manager for our client you will be responsible for producing and ensuring the accuracy of all financial reports and ensuring that all internal and external compliances are met. This role demands a highly skilled and experienced individual who can handle complex financial data, lead projects, and provide strategic insights to senior management to help drive strategic decision-making. What you'll be doing Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing budget management Prepare financial models to support business decisions and project evaluations Providing financial advice and recommendations to the GM, MD and the CFO Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting Supporting the month-end close process and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes What we're looking for Degree in Accounting and membership of either the CA or CPA or other professional accounting body. Minimum or 7 years experience in accounting/finance 3 years of experience in a senior or management role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering accurate and reliable financial reports Familiarity with financial modelling software and data analysis tools in addition to having advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations What is on offer Our client is committed to providing employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
