A Role with Impact: We are seeking a Quality & Compliance officer to lead quality assurance and compliance operations across the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Contract within the organisation. This role would suit a hands-on, practical and personable individual with experience in Disability Employment Services. Key Responsibilities: Stay updated on compliance activities; adjust processes and documentation, and train staff accordingly. Processing of outcome claims Maintain and analyse breach register trends for improvements. IEA Quality Measure Scores: Achievement of or surpassing quality measure targets set for IEA Collect data for internal reporting and conduct internal audits. Lead preparations for external audits and support external auditors. Ensure organisational compliance with IEA grant agreement, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Monitor and review the effectiveness of quality assurance practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related issues and best practices. Effective and consistent management of compliance registers with clear accountability and up-to-date information. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, compliance status, and quality improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: Qualification in Quality Assurance such as Diploma in Quality Auditing or a related field. (Preferred) Sound Knowledge of the IEA Program (or previous DES Program) Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance within the employment services environment. Strong understanding of contract management, compliance and legislation including the National Standard for Disability Services. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
