We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. The Role This role is multi tasked and will involve, but not be limited to the following: Prepare quotations for standard and nonstandard Prepare inter-company quotations; Request quotations from supplier for nonstandard products; Prepare quotations for projects, review elevation drawings and identify the correct products; Process product enquires from customers and sales reps; Prepare weekly assembly report; Prepare quotation report; Assist with sales orders, delivery, invoice and update customers regarding the status of their deliveries where possible. Manage incoming calls and emails, answering & resolving customer queries and issues. Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders; Data entry and database management; Liaise with internal departments such as the warehouse and transport team; Document management including preparing reports. Requirements Relevant High School Certificate. Good typing skills with excellent attention to detail - Accuracy imperative; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Microsoft Business Central knowledge would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Can efficiently manage a multi-phone line switchboard; Only successful applicants will be contacted.
