About the Role This is a key role in the business and not just a counter sales position. As our Tools & Parts Sales Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our parts operation. You’ll manage quoting, orders, supplier communication, stock levels, logistics coordination and customer relationships. Ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it. You’ll work closely with Sales, Workshop, Site Service and Finance, playing a central role in customer satisfaction and revenue performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing all tools and parts sales across TRS and agency product lines Preparing accurate, timely quotations Coordinating orders, freight and supplier timelines Maintaining stock accuracy and generating NetSuite reports Managing invoicing and protecting margins Building strong, proactive relationships with customers Supporting trade expos and capital sales when required Contributing to revenue and profitability targets You’ll be trusted to take ownership and we’ll back you to succeed. About You You’re organised, proactive and commercially aware. You’ll bring: Experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Coordinator or similar Strong customer service and confident communication skills Excellent organisation and time management Attention to detail and pride in accuracy Ability to juggle competing priorities Solid computer skills (ERP/NetSuite experience advantageous) A team-first attitude and strong safety mindset Most importantly, you care about doing good work and being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
