ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth, high-quality service. Key responsibilities include: Managing food preparation and service within your section Ensuring consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control Supervising and guiding Commis Chefs and kitchen hands Maintaining strict HACCP and hygiene standards Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste Assisting with menu development and chef specials Supporting smooth service during high-volume periods Leading by example with professionalism and teamwork ABOUT YOU Relevant commercial cookery qualification Proven experience in a CDP or strong Commis role Ability to manage a section independently Strong plating skills and attention to detail Leadership capability and mentoring mindset Calm and organised under pressure Reliable and committed to high standards WHAT WE OFFER Stable casual hours (25–30 hours per week) Supportive leadership and structured guidance Opportunity to grow within TenGolf Group Staff benefits across group venues A professional kitchen environment focused on standards and teamwork If you are passionate about food and ready to develop your culinary career, we would love to hear from you.
