We are seeking a Partnerships Manager: Workforce Connect to proactively identify, secure and grow employment opportunities for Participants across Eighty9 Limited’s employment services contracts. This role is focused on developing strong employer partnerships that translate directly into job placements, apprenticeships and traineeships. You will work closely with internal operational teams to understand participant capability and align workforce solutions to meet local labour market demand. This is a dynamic, outcomes-driven position suited to a commercially minded relationship builder who understands how to open doors, build trust with employers and convert opportunities into measurable employment results.
