Residential Property Manager - P/T with Flexible Working Hours Friendly Supportive Team - Tidy & Manageable Portfolio NO Trust Accounting, NO PCRs & NO EOM We have a part-time position (with flexible hours) available for an experienced residential Property Manager (or an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to step up). You will be working with a manageable, tidy portfolio (no exaggeration!) and will be an integral part of our friendly and supportive team. The role comes with excellent admin and trust accounting support and has no PCRs, no trust accounting and no end of month. We have a stable rent roll with most of our properties located within the local area. Our freshly rebranded boutique agency located in Kalamunda has been proudly part of our local community for over 30 years. Our offices are located in a prominent location with free on-site parking. Essentials for this position: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar property management role. A current WA property management registration. A current driver’s licence. Be organised and great communicating with owners, tenants and contractors For Assistant Property Managers looking to step up, you must be currently working as an Assistant.
