We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has a love of promotions, events and radio to join our team as a Project Manager in our Audience Engagement team based in our Nova 919 Studios in Adelaide. Why you will love this role As the Project Manager for Audience Engagement for Nova 919, you will collaborate with the Audience Engagement, Sales, Create and Programming teams to create, design, execute and manage high quality promotions and activations for our listeners and clients, that are engaging and true to our brands. Your events and activations should be an outstanding representation of our brand and a positive experience for our audience. More specifically you will: · Create, implement, and manage promotions including, job sheets, contest sheets, web briefs, legal and comms · Prize management, facilitation and proactive prize sourcing · Ensure all timelines are met and competitions and events are resourced effectively. · Provide post analysis and airchecks for promotional activities. · Provides Sales and CREATE with creative and effective brief responses. · Maintain excellent working relationships with all on-air personalities and internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of promotional activities. · Accurate and timely budget management · High levels of collaboration and contribution with Programming, Marketing and Create to ensure our commercial and product objectives are met. · Create, implement and manage on brand show and listener events. · Ensuring we are legally compliant at all levels including ensuring our Terms and Conditions of competitions are adhered and that we have WHS assessments in place and signed off for all events. To be successful in this role you will have: · Proven organisational skills with an ability to thrive under tight deadlines · The ability to think ‘on your feet’ during high pressure situations that require quick decision making · Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail and ability to think creatively to provide a positive experience for listeners and clients. · Proven ability to keep up to date with current market and industry trends. · The proven ability to be flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours · An understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the station. · A love of working collaboratively in a team Why you will love working at Nova · This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Adelaide studios.
