The position: We’re hiring a Marketing Manager in Adelaide to help drive FYI’s growth globally. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll support strategy and contribute ideas while owning the day-to-day execution of FYI’s digital-first marketing campaigns. You’ll be supported by a Marketing Assistant and collaborate confidently with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with campaign goals. Key responsibilities: Support strategic marketing initiatives across digital and email, including developing and maintaining the content calendar. Coordinate campaign components with confidence, ensuring copy, design and launch activity champion The FYI way. Monitor campaign performance across all regions and provide insightful, actionable reporting. Drive our account-based marketing approach to support business growth. Support and mentor the Marketing Assistant to help deliver high-quality work that strengthens campaign performance. About you: 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Demonstrated experience executing digital-first campaigns end-to-end. Proven ability to develop and run paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear, practical improvements. Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous. You’ll need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks, as part of our standard recruitment process. Why work for FYI?
