As we scale our D2C channel, we’re looking for a commercially driven specialist to help fuel our next phase of growth. The Opportunity This is a hands-on, performance-focused role driving acquisition, retention and revenue across paid media, CRM and organic growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Channel, you’ll manage our external paid media and CRM agencies to ensure strategy translates into measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead day-to-day agency workflow, set trading priorities, monitor performance and hold partners accountable to budgets, timelines and results. You’ll also work closely with our eCommerce team to ensure strong alignment between media, onsite experience and conversion performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Performance Marketing Lead day-to-day agency workflow and performance management Align paid media plans to trading priorities and revenue targets Monitor weekly performance, flag risks and identify optimisation opportunities Ensure strong alignment between ad messaging, landing pages and conversion pathways CRM & Retention Manage CRM agency execution across campaigns and automations Support lifecycle strategy to improve LTV, repeat purchase and database quality Ensure campaign briefs, creative and copy align with brand and commercial goals Activation & Trading Support trade plan execution across key campaigns Contribute to forecasting and channel support planning Deliver post-campaign insights and performance learnings SEO & Organic Growth Drive an SEO roadmap aligned to commercial priorities Monitor organic traffic, keyword performance and revenue contribution Partner with eCommerce to implement onsite optimisation initiatives Data & Insights Analyse performance across Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and paid platforms Maintain tracking integrity in collaboration with the eCommerce team Surface actionable insights to improve acquisition and retention outcomes About You 3–5 years in performance marketing, CRM or eCommerce Strong working knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo Confident with Shopify and GA4 Commercially minded, focused on revenue impact Experienced managing agency relationships Organised, proactive and comfortable operating across multiple channels Clear, confident communicator An interest in premium consumer brands is a bonus.
