This is a 12-month contract role (with potential to extend or a permanent position) So, what’s the role? This is a hands-on Digital Content Coordinator role where creativity meets execution. You’ll help bring brand stories to life across social media, websites, and digital campaigns, working across multiple brands and business divisions. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing executives and the wider marketing team, helping deliver engaging, high-quality content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. No two days will look the same! One day you might be capturing video content, the next writing social posts, and the next coordinating content for campaigns or brand ambassadors. Here’s what a typical week might look like: Managing and maintaining social media channels across multiple brands Collaborating on social strategies to drive engagement and audience growth Writing and creating engaging digital content — blogs, social posts, video content and more Assisting with website content updates and digital presence across multiple franchise sites Supporting eDM content creation and campaign delivery Assisting with intranet content updates and maintenance Coordinating and capturing photo and video content across business divisions Supporting brand ambassador content and engagement activity Supporting the wider marketing team with campaign and project activity General marketing administration support as required Enough about us — let’s talk about you You’re likely someone who loves content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys juggling multiple brands and priorities. You’ll probably tick a few of these boxes: Around 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok Excellent writing skills and a natural creative flair Experience working with website CMS platforms Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop Experience with eDM platforms is desirable Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or similar Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Current driver’s licence What’s in it for you?
