we are responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating trades, supervising workers, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on site Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Ensure works are completed according to drawings and specifications Monitor project schedule and ensure milestones are met Conduct site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with building regulations and company procedures Implement and maintain workplace health and safety practices Manage site materials and equipment Maintain site documentation including daily reports and progress updates Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients Identify and resolve construction issues on site Skills & Experience Proven experience supervising construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating multiple trades on site Good organisational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving ability Qualifications & Licences White Card (Construction Induction) Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant trade qualification Valid driver’s licence First Aid certificate (advantageous) Forklift License Key Competencies Leadership and team management Strong attention to detail Time management and planning Communication and coordination Commitment to safety and quality Typical Projects Residential housing developments Commercial and community buildings Modular or prefabricated construction projects Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
