We are looking for accurate installation of residential aluminium windows Key Responsibilities Install aluminium windows Read and interpret building plans and specifications Measure openings for correct fitment Install flashings, membranes, and sealants to ensure weatherproofing Ensure compliance with NCC and relevant Australian Standards Operate power tools and hand tools safely Work at heights using scaffolding or elevated work platforms Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades Conduct final quality checks and adjustments Maintain clean and safe work areas Skills & Experience Proven experience in window or façade installation Knowledge of waterproofing and flashing systems Ability to read construction drawings Experience in residential and/or commercial projects Strong attention to detail Physically fit and capable of manual handling White Card (Construction Induction Card – WA) Key Competencies Strong focus on quality workmanship Understanding of safety procedures Ability to work independently and within a team Problem-solving skills Good communication skills Typical Duties on Site Installing window frames into light steel framing Leveling, packing, and fixing frames Applying silicone and weather seals Installing glazing beads and glass panels Completing final adjustments and clean-down Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
