The Role Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking Parts & Service Advisor to join the TCWA team at our Albany site. Working in a fast-paced customer facing environment, your main responsibilities will be meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service, being a key contact between our workshop and customers base. You will be required to schedule all vehicle repairs as well as support the Parts department, as needed, in the sale of our Volvo, Mack and UD Truck Parts. You will support our customers with over the phone and counter sales, whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team. The Successful Applicant To Be Considered For This Position You Will Be a Results Driven Individual, With a Positive And Proactive Attitude Who Thrives In a Team Environment. The Successful Applicant Will Have Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry (highly desirable) Previous experience in a similar position (highly desirable although not essential as training and development will be provided) Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs The ability to problem solve and think on your feet Be able to commit to full time hours.
