The Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Scheduler/Administrator to join our successful team based in Malaga. Your primary responsibilities will be the following: Efficiently scheduling deliveries and collections with company owned fleet Effectively communicate with drivers Offer exceptional customer service Always strive to meet customer deadlines and expectations Be able to alter runs on the go as priorities change Accurately input orders directly from customers and internal account managers Create daily run sheets Developing relationships with new and existing customers Administration tasks Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this position you will need to: Be dynamic and have high attention to detail Be able to manage multiple priorities Have exceptional customer service skills Have good metro knowledge Be able to effectively communicate with drivers and account managers Always strive for continual improvement.
