As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have a position for an experienced Service Co-Ordinator located in our Malaga Office. Your background must be that you are from the refrigeration and airconditioning mechanical services industry. Key Responsibilities of the Position: Daily management of a dedicated group of technicians including scheduling and allocation of jobs based on priority To provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine Maintenance Services To be responsible for the ordering of parts, materials and equipment for Technicians To perform administrative tasks including the processing of Service Reports & Timesheets You will answer to and work with the Service Manager You will need to have: Good computer skills in Word and Excel A proven similar trade based scheduling background An ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all our clients Strong organization and communication skills An ability to work as part of a team or autonomously Be able to multi task and be well organized An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure A pro-active approach to the required duties of the role and outside the role This is a great opportunity for a Mature Driven Individual that is looking to take responsibility and drive results within our Refrigeration Service Department.
