The role will involve: Providing up to date and information to clients on construction of their homes. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. Training will be provided. Customer service experience with the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships is desirable. Positive self-motivated with a can- do attitude. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent phone manners and organisational skills. Team player with attributes self-awareness of developing strengths.
