The Enrolments and Operations Officer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective and high quality operation of St Peter’s Girls’ School Early Learners’ Centre (ELC). Reporting to and supporting the Director of Early Learners’ Centre, this position also works in close partnership with the ELC Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of administrative, enrolment, and customer service functions that underpin the centre’s daily operations. This role oversees and maintains ELC enrolment data, supports compliance and regulatory documentation, coordinates parent communication in relation to enrolments, and provides operational support to staff and leadership. The Enrolments and Operations Officer is responsible for upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service, fostering positive relationships with prospective and current families, staff, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organisational capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to the centre’s warm and welcoming environment. This is a permanent, part time position working 30 hours per week.
